NOTICE OF INTENDED MARRIAGE FORM

Click here for a copy of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form. This is the official form that is required to be completed in order to lodge your intent to marry. The form must be lodged with your celebrant between 1 and 18 months before your big day!

OFFICIAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

You do receive a certificate at your ceremony, but in order to prove you are legally married, you will require an Official Certificate of Marriage. This certificate is obtainable through Births, Deaths and Marriages. You can also apply for your Queensland Birth Certificate here.

RULES THAT I MUST ABIDE TOO....
